To save the turnaround time, we will only send the head proofing for confirmation by default. The turnaround time will be extended if you need to check the whole body.

We'll charge 25% of payment amount if you need to cancel the order after the proof has been sent.

Total turnaround time = Sculpt time (5-10 days) + Shipping time (7-15 days)

What will happen if I placed an order?

We'll send you bobblehead proof for confirmation in 2 days.

Once you've confirmed it, our bobblehead artist will make your bobblehead right away, this process would be 3-5 days, any modification will extend the turnaround time.

After that, we'll ship your order, if you have chosen the standard shipping, the shipping time is 7-15 days.

So the total turnaround time is 12-22 days.

Don't worry, we'll deliver the best work, you'll like it.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped out. But we’ll charge a cancellation fee to avoid non-serious orders: 100% refund if the production has not been started; 75% refund if the proof has been sent; 40% refund if parts of the head and body are made; 20% refund if production finished.Don't worry, we'll not make your bobblehead before you approve the proof.
